Terms of service

These terms cover what you buy from Aicorp Inc (“we”, “us”) on aicorpinc.online. By paying for an order, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, email us before you buy.

Who we are

Aicorp Inc is a Georgia corporation based in Marietta, Georgia, USA. We help small local businesses get found on Google and in AI tools.

What we sell

• AI Check score: free. It’s a rules-based check of your public homepage, not a live ChatGPT query.
• AI Check punch list ($29, one-time): a PDF report of what we found and what to fix. It’s a report only. We don’t change your website or Google profile on this order.
• AI Fix ($79, one-time): we apply the punch-list items to the site and Google Business Profile you give us access to. Usually about 5 business days after we get access. Photos come from you.
• Other services, such as the Intro Website Build, list their price, what’s included and their timing on their own page before you buy.

No ranking guarantee

We can’t control Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other service. We don’t promise a ranking, a recommendation, traffic or sales. Example scores on our site are illustrations, not results.

What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, and access to your site or profile when the service needs it. You confirm you’re allowed to give us that access. If we can’t get what we need to deliver, we’ll tell you by email and pause the order until we have it.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Depending on what Stripe offers at checkout, you may be able to pay by card, Link or other methods, including stablecoins. Stablecoin payments are recorded on a public blockchain and can’t be charged back.

Delivery and cancellation

One-time services: each service page says what’s delivered and when. The punch-list PDF is emailed after the check runs. AI Fix is usually done about 5 business days after we get access. The Intro Website Build is usually published about 5 business days after complete intake, with one revision round. If something we delivered has a mistake on our side, we fix it free.

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your paid period.

Your content

You keep ownership of your business information, photos and site content. You let us use them only to deliver your order. For website builds, you own your domain and the site files we deliver.

Limits

Our services are provided as described on each page. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you paid applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
