Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect on aicorpinc.online, why, and who helps us handle it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- AI Check form: the website address, town and type of business you type in. We use them to fetch and score your public homepage. Your browser keeps your last score in session storage so the page can show it after checkout.
- Plan quiz (on /plan/): if you use our plan quiz, we store your email, your answers and your website address (plus the town and type of business you enter) only to prepare your plan and handle your order. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
- Chat and the Website Build form: the name, email, business details and message you choose to send.
- “Email me my score” (optional, on the homepage): your email address, sent with your score.
- Orders: when you pay, Stripe tells us your name, email, what you bought and the amount. Intake forms after payment ask for your business details and the access we need to deliver.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our host’s servers process your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and stop abuse.
How we use it
To run your check, deliver what you ordered, reply to you, and keep the site secure. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for ads.
Who helps us
- Stripe processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. See the Stripe Privacy Policy. If you pay with Link, Link has its own privacy policy.
- Stablecoin payments, if offered at checkout, are recorded on a public blockchain. That record is permanent and public, and we can’t delete it.
- Web3Forms delivers messages from the chat box and the Website Build form to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs our own small programs (Cloudflare Workers): one scores your site and receives the optional “email me my score” request, one receives the intake form you fill in after payment and emails it to our inbox, and one stores your plan quiz email and answers (it sends no email).
- Our email provider delivers our replies and your reports.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Other messages and intake details are kept only as long as we need them to serve you. Email us to ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We’ll answer within 30 days. Some records, like payment records, we may have to keep by law.
Children
Our services are for businesses. They’re not meant for children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
